Basic limousine policies

We've developed several new and improved packages to assure you're getting the best possible price for Orlando's most exclusive limousines. Each package will have a separate price schedule based upon the nature of your event, type of limousine, number of hours, date, times and other special requests.

Deposit and Cancellation: We recommend only booking a reservation once you are certain of services needed. A 50% down payment is required to hold all reservations. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of service time, forfeit the down payment. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of service time are responsible for 100% of the service total. Cancellations before 48 hours of service time are responsible for 20% of the service total.

Chauffeur Fee: A 20% chauffeur fee will be added to the total for each charter.

Gratuity: Driver gratuity is optional but certainly appreciated.

Methods Of Payment: Cash, checks, and most major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). All checks must be cashed 7 days prior to any rendering of service.

Extended time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in 1/2 hour increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day and will be noted on your contract.

Extra charges: Most packages are all inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be highlighted in your contract.

Multiple Stops: All stops should be prearranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers must know all stops in advance of the service. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver's discretion.

Damage To Vehicles: Parties causing damage to vehicles during a charter are directly responsible for any and all cost for repair. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet on bars, No leaning on glass holders, No standing outside moon-roof, No playing with electrical switches and No reckless behavior.

Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.

Alcohol Policy: No alcohol beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.
