Non Smoking Vehicles, Deposits are Non-Refundable
Final Payment Due 7 Business days prior to date/time of service (Cash/Credit Card – We accept all major Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex)
Driver Gratuity Not Included in Quoted Rate.
50% Deposit is required with Reservation

Cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival date (Fee 50% of the total service rate) PU, DO times may vary due to weather, traffic or other conditions beyond our control.
Illegal Drugs, Smoking not permitted in the vehicle and are grounds for termination of charter with NO refund given.
Disorderly conduct by you or your party is ground for termination of the charter at driver’s discretion with NO refund given.
Customer is fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle beyond normal use by you or any member of your party. Excessive damage (Including punctures, tears and burns to carpet/upholstery ($150) Spilled Beverages ($150) Vomit or getting sick ($150) Broken or Missing glassware ($15) Any other items or damage will be billed for the cost of repair plus a 20% surcharge All charges are billed directly to your credit card, cash and are NON-Disputable.
